Acceptance of Contract Terms
The following are terms and conditions of an agreement between you and The Good
Mechanic Network, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“GMN”). By
accessing, browsing and/or using this Web site ("Site"), you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and conditions
and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without
limitation, U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations. If you do
not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use this Site. The material

all costs, expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees
and expenses), claims, damages and liabilities related to or associated with
your use or misuse of the Site and any violation of this Terms of Use by you.
Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
Any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site and the materials contained
herein is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Term of Use Revisions
GMN may at any time revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting. By using
this Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore
periodically visit this page to determine the current Terms of Use to which you
